Notice that the top half of the ball is hollow. Most of the mass is in the bottom, meaning that when your cat slaps the ball it will keep wobbling.
Use supports everywhere so it doesn't roll while printing. 4mm pattern spacing for supports. Id recommend a higher infill (100%) to give it slightly more weight. Use Archimedean Chords or Rectilinear pattern infill. 1 raft layer.
