Ever stretched miniband so hard it protruded into your hand? This solves the issue - you can workout comfortably.
Model can be adjusted (Diameter/Height/Thickness) and forked from Onshape
It is very sturdy, you can safely squeeze it - it won't pinch your skin.
Printed with 3 walls, 15% infill, 0.3mm layerheight, around 60mm/s (only the outer walls and first layer were printed 30 mm/s).
Print vertically and add supports to the bottom fillet for nicer finishing (you also want that fillet to not damage the rubber band - so a little sanding at the end won't hurt).
