Very simple spool holder. No joints or assembly required. Just a minimal amount of support. Not really tested for extreme weights, but seem to strong enough for at least one kg spools. I've only printed it with 15% infill too.
Made with OpenSCAD, code is a mess, but somewhat easy to tweak and make work for bigger spools if needed.
