I remixed this for a Polaris 2017 Polaris RZR 1000 S, but I would imagine it would fit most Polaris models. It might fit others also, if you have any questions about fit, please feel free to send me a message.
I recommend printing the shaft at 100% as it will take some stress. The skull I printed with 3mm walls and 40% gyroid fill to give it extra stability as I used PLA.
The length of the shaft might need to be adjusted slightly depending on your utv.
You will need to put in two set screws. I am using ¼-20 x 1/4 set screws. The threads will print into the shaft.
The shaft cover I recommend glueing into the skull to make sure the skull doesn't shift on it.

Update: March 27
I now have a complete model! The set screw holes will print with the model, all you need to do I screw in four ¼ - 20 set screws. I still recommend glueing the shaft into the skull.
