This is a customizable handle for a wheelbarrow. It was designed for rod with a diameter of 30 mm. It may as well work as a handle for other uses. If needed, there is attached an .f3d file, where you can customize it to the desired rod diameter.
Modification instructions
- Open .f3d file in Fusion 360.
- Open Change Parameters.
- Edit rodDiamater parameter under UserParameters.
Recommended print settings
- layer height: 0.2 mm
- infill: 10% gyroid
- perimeters: 4
- solid layers: 6
- avoid crossing perimeters: yes
- supports: no
Avoid crossing perimeters (combing) should be enabled to prevent unwanted stringing inside. Print it as it is - on the unclosed side.
For this kind of application, printing with ASA or similar filament is recommended.
