On the STL file, you may just want to use your own settings.
On the GCODE file, to reduce waste I used spiralized mode to let it just print it as an outside wall saving filament for ender 3, so you should slice for any other 3d printer.
This is the very first 3d design I have ever created in my life, it was fun to discover the Blender way, it took me 5 minutes to complete the figure once I got the strategy.
