At work I need to measure a lot of o-rings and all of our cross reference material is imperial.
All I could find online were metric gauges so I decided to make an imperial one.
The gauge runs ¼"-3 inches and I separated into 3 separate pieces which stack into each other to save space. There is also a base that you can print to put them all into so you can easily pick them all up.
Supports will be needed unless you can bridge well over over the open space inside the two larger gauges.
