An even more scaled down version of the TUSH.

I modified this design to work with the Mainstays 18.5 cup container.

No supports required, using the neat hole trick from the Voron design team.

All models should be oriented correctly for printing.

I've only printed this in ABS and the tolerances are good. If you print in another material please let me know how it fits.

I added provisions to the bearing caps to add the Voron standard heatset insert, although after printing the caps fit snug enough into the roller that I didn't end up using screws. I've included both versions for you to decide which way you go.

I moved the screw location further in to allow a bit more overhang on the rails, this helped with getting the roller as wide as possible and wedging into the tapered walls of my container. I also cut down the rails to 78mm as that's as wide as I can go.

There are 2 versions of the rail, the 4mm taller version just allowed me to fit more desiccant into the container.

Hardware:

4 x M3x8 BHCS

4 x M3 Nut

4 x M3x5x4 Heatset Inserts (if using screws)

4 x M3x8 SHCS (if using screws)

Step file included
