This is a wire shelf sleeve to be used in pairs to support wire shelves which have posts that measure 17.77mm in diameter. This sleeve has a single ridge. This piece will work with existing sleeves that came with the shelf.
For your own application, verify the location of the ridge on this piece to note where it will mount on your posts to verify it will work with your particular shelf.
I printed this with a PETG filament which I calibrated the extrusion multiplier for at .96 and the fit was perfect. The taper of this part it inserts into makes the extrusion multiplier very important. Adjusting the diameter by .1mm in CAD meant this didn't have the correct fit. Test to verify this set as printed inserts the same depth as those that came with your shelf into the shelves. If it does not, consider lowering your extrusion multiplier to .96 so you have level shelves.
The included GCODE file is for PETG and has supports built in with blockers so only required blockers are printed.
