This dog tag is designed to fit together in three parts held together by the S clasp and looped around a dog collar.
You can add text to the ring in any 3D model software like TinkerCad
If you're printing on an FDM printer I'd advise the smallest layer height your printer can manage and print slow for best results.
Also recommend high infill for best strength, at least 40% but 100% if you want to be safest.
Resin printers shouldn't have any problems.
