I wanted to use some 250g spools in the AMS but none of the adapters I tried were quite right. So, I took the idea of the closest one and created a new parameterized model in Fusion 360. You should be able to generate adapters for any spool you like, just measure the spools and change the following parameters:
- InnerSpoolDia - the diameter of the spool to be adapted
- InnerSpoolWidth - the width (outside edges of the two sides) of the spool
- InnerSpoolThickness - the thickness of each spool edge
You can tweak other parameters if you need to. The settings for the uploaded .3mf file fit the Locyfens PETG 250g spools. If you want to use it in a dryer, you may want to print in PETG/etc rather than PLA.
