I needed something to hold my heater block (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BJWJQLK) away from the desk/wires/flammable stuff. The mount holes for the heater are good for M3 bolts, and the holes for mounting the whole thing to your printer (assuming extruded aluminum frame) is a M5 bolt hole. I designed the hole where the heat comes out to be a little bigger than the opening of the heater to give some space and avoid melting.
Printed with ABS, 30% infill. It was a little bendy coming off the bed, so maybe increase the infill a little.
