This is not based on the orignal battery cover, I made it without an original one as template. Because of that, it's not exactly like the one from nintendo but it fits perfectly.
Like you can see in the fotos, there are some blemishes in the grooved one. Thats because i added support material below the grooves. I would recommend using support material generally!! But if you also use it for the grooves it then may look like this and the material is also a little hard to tear off from the rills.
