Hanger for Kitchenaid tools that clamps and slides on a wire shelf. Used the hanger design from iplop: https://www.printables.com/model/137344-kitchenaid-attachment-hanger
The shelf I own is pretty common in the USA. It has 3mm wire every 30mm on center. I used a M4x12 screw and a 6mm M4 heat-set insert to clamp the parts together (see photos). Check out the remixes for other sized racks/wire.

Printed with mostly default PETG settings on a prusa mini. The only change i made is 25% infill. Print as shown in photos for the best strength.
