Some motherboards experience rubbing with slim fans in T1. However, this shroud is specifically designed to prevent such issues. It securely attaches to the underside of the fan bracket by means of direct screw-down. It is important to ensure that the narrow side of the shroud fits between the struts. The narrow side is flat, whereas the wide side has a concave shape.
