This switch moves the table down if you push it from the top and moves the table up if you push it from below.
Print hints:
- printed in PLA on a Prusa MKS3
- switch box & mount is printed with 0.4 nozzle at 0.3mm layer height
- switch handle has a better haptic with 0.2mm layer height
- box & handle need support and are best printed in the given orientation
Material
- 2x M2 4mm thread
- 2x M2 ruthex threaded insert
- 4x Wood screws flat head
- 2x Micro switch 6x6x4,5mm
- 3x flexible wires for connecting the switches
- 3x short stiff wires for the connector (works with 22awg)
Mounting hints
- use flexible wires to have free movement on the handle
- check if the connector is correct common, down, up (from right to left)
- check if the micro switches sit flat on the surface
- there is no top cover as it is directly screwed on the table so make sure that the box is completely screwed to the table
- check if the handle moved freely
- check that the mounting parts parallel to minimize friction on the handle
