This is a reusable cable holder that doesnt leave any residue as opposed to using various kinds of tape and glue.
You will need 4 M3x10 screws and 4 M3 nuts.
Press nuts into the hexagon holes, and then screw together the hinges.
Put your cables into it, and close the hinge. Then put it onto the table leg and screw it together.
I printed it with prusament PLA and 0.2 layer height, doesnt really matter.
