Assembly:
Insert all the heat sets, 3 on the back plate, and the remain 5 on the shroud. On the back plate, seed the heat nut (may help to use a m3 screw to help to seed the nut properly).
Remove all the elements off of the x carriage, and mount the back plate with 2 m3x5 screws (you can also use m3x6 for this step).
Place in hot end with the original screws, this mod is guaranteed to work with the dragonfly bms, and will most likely also work with the stock hot end.
Cut the ptfe tube to length, and loosely place the stabilizer plate so the recessed tab goes over the x carriage plate.
Seed one m3x12 on one side of the orbiter, and place something under the m3 nut on the side you seeded the screw on, and loosely tighten the screw, and repeat on the other side of the orbiter.
On the shroud, mount the micro probe, by sliding it into position from the top, do not push it down into place, and screw it in the screws and nuts included with the packaging. make sure the Lettering is facing out.
Using 2 M3x12 screws attach the 4010 heat sink fan to the front of the shroud.
Using the M3x20 screw attack the 5015 blower fan by first inserting it into the grove at the top, and then shimmying as necessary for the hole to line up, then screw in.
Before attaching the front Sub-assembly to the backplate, ensure that the cable for the microprobe is attached to the microprobe.
Slide the front assembly into place, and fasten it to the back plate using 3 M3x5 screws, 1 on the left side, and one one the right side.
Power the print back up and quickly ensure all components are still working.
Configuration:
Probe offsets, X:0mm, Y: 26.12mm
Refer to the Orbiter configuration guide for the remainder.
Have fun printing
