I didn't have a lot of success with using a cable chain, as it drooped after a while and started rubbing on the top carbon rod. So I went back to the original PFTE, cable & clips setup and designed this “ramp” to help guide the tube and cable up and away from the x-rail.
This clips into the two holes as seen in the picture.
This works well on mine, coupled with a different extruder entry PFTE guide and this modified angled passthrough (for the Vision enclosure).
