When creating chocolate or casting molds, it's nice to have a frame that supports the mold. This frame is 15mm for 10mm to 15mm thick chocolates. If you need different heights, adjust the height in your slicer. Sides are canted 5 degrees for easy removal after vacuforming.
PLA works! To minimize risk of deforming, adjust line width to .6mm, use 4 walls, and 8 top layers, 50% fill.
