EDIT: DO NOT SELL PRINTS OF THIS FOR PROFIT, and please don't buy from sellers on ebay/etsy etc. I haven't made a single dollar from this design, but ebay/etsy sellers have made thousands, which is really lame, and has prevented me from releasing my improved design.
I was frustrated with the lack of a right hand grip on the Pentax 67 (a camera that is heavy enough that it REALLY needs one). I designed one that uses the strap lugs as anchors (much like the left hand grip made by Pentax). My design uses a keyhole design which locks in place with two m3 x 20mm bolts and two m3 nuts.

Smoothing the keyholes
Before trying to mount the grip I scraped out any gunk due to overhang in the keyholes (minimal). Then I slid the keyholes over a stud one at a time to make sure they were working smoothly before trying to mount both keyholes simultaneously.
