An ergonomic desktop screwdriver holder: full cylinder guides (not just two holes) mean bits slide back in cleanly every time. The angled orientation gives comfortable one-handed access, and the exact tip diameters ensure you naturally reach for — and return — the right driver every time.
The recessed front icon becomes sharp and readable with a single pass of a Sharpie or Edding marker.
Key features:
7 screwdrivers per section; link as many sections as you need (two M4× 10–20mm grub screws per joint)
Designed from scratch to print without supports
Readable front icon — color it with any marker
Fully parametric: set shaft diameter and choose the front label in FreeCAD
Fits any driver with a 1–5 mm shaft
Default dimensions match the Wera Micro Big Pack
Side caps for a clean look, secured with two M4 countersunk screws. Mirror in your slicer to get both sides.
v2 is a complete remodel in FreeCAD 1.1 with improved tolerances, better printability, and larger icons compared to v1.
FreeCAD is completely free — no paid software needed. All dimensions live in a spreadsheet. To change the front icon, click the body, open the Properties tab, and select your icon from the dropdown — the model reloads instantly.
Free to use and remix. If it earns a place on your desk, a coffee is always appreciated.
