This is a lego sorting tray I designed after not being able to find one that would fit and fill the print bed on my Ender 3 Pro. The largest box is nearly the complete XY build area for this model. The trays all fit inside each other in a very neat compact stack with a lid to put away when not in use.
Meshes are sized for 1 stud (tiny), 2 stud (small), 3 stud (medium), 4 stud (large), and 5+ stud (huge).
Print settings used:
- 0.44mm line width
- 5 perimeters (to avoid infill)
- 1mm top/bottom thickness
Total sequential print time at 80mm/s is ~40 hours. Total completed weight using above settings is ~960 grams.
