Got carried away tweaking the SMooSHER by schlem. On the original design I was breaking skewers with the deflection at the launching pin. This design constrains the pin and stop the deflection. I also changed the swatter to be 2 pieces with a ball and socket design. And almost everything else was changed or tweak.

Printing:

Handle - 0.28mm layer height & 10% infill, supports needed for trigger slot.

Launcher - 0.28mm layer height & 10% infill, no supports needed. Print vertical on the trigger end. I used a brim to prevent it coming loose.

Launch Pin - 0.20mm layer height & 100% infill, no supports, print on vertical on end.

Swatter Pin - 0.20mm layer height & 100% infill, no supports, print on vertical on end.

Swatter - 0.20mm layer height & 100% infill, no supports. Two different sizes, small I printed out of PETG and the large one out of TPU

Trigger - 0.20mm layer height & 100% infill, no supports

Assembly:

The handle locks into the launcher with at the trigger end and needs (2) - 2mm screws (no glue) at the back of the handle. The trigger is mount with (1) - 2mm screws.

The ball and socket seems to prevent the PETG swatter from breaking. It allows movement when hitting a hard object. The skewers I designed it around are about 3.0mm diameter.
