This is the advanced version from my simple adapter for M12 Camera Mounts to fit on a CS Mount.
It's designed to match to my lense sleeve and other Camera+ stuff

A M12 thread isn't easy to print. Maybe you have to sand down the M12 hole a little bit and cut the thread with the lens thread.
