Got tired of my band aids exploding everywhere, so I made a box to hold them firmly like a cash drawer.
I originally designed the lid to be hinged, but after some miscalculations (broke the hinge) I made the lid fully magnetic.
I printed out of PLA+ for the box, lid and levers, and PETG for greater flexibility of the springs.
The springs are a friction fit with a hexagonal pattern to allow you to adjust the desired spring tension.
magnets used were 6mm wide x 12mm long x 3mm thick.
eventually I would like to remake this with a print in place lid, but I have much to learn before that can happen.
