Compact planetary gearbox

This is compact planetary gerbox with ratio of 4:1 per stage

!!! I made tolerances a bit too tight, so horizontal size compensation of at least -0,04mm is higly recomended.

For a single stage gearbox you will need:

4 planets

1 body 6

1 body13

2 body 23 (for any amount of stages you will need only 2 of those)

1 Spur_Gear_30_teeth

1 motor gear

4 screws (two of which should be 1 stage longer)

4 nuts (not really needed)

Assembly:

Install 4 planet gears in body6 and close them off with body13.

Put said gear assembly in body23 with the ring protrusion of body23 facing the gear assembly.

Screw in (not completely) two 1_stage_screws into the opposing holes of body 23 and two 2_stage_screws into other holes.

Put spur_gear_30_teeth around the gear assembly, so their gears level. Screw in the screws a bit more so spur_gear_30_teeth would hold in place.

Install body23 with the ring protrusion facing the gear assembly and screw screws until it holds in place too. (The gear assembly should move freely)

Install motor_gear on motor shaft

Install motor in motor mount

Combine everything together and screw in longer screws into the motor mount.
