Mobius Kaleidocycle 7

This is a variation of the Mobius Kaleidocycle. The changes are as follows
メビウスカレイドサイクルのバリエーションです。変更点は以下のとおりです。

• The distance between the hinges has been reduced to 22 mm by improving the shape. The length of the hinge is 50 mm, whereas the previous version is as follows
  形状を工夫してヒンジとヒンジの距離を22mmまで縮めました。ヒンジの長さ50mmに対して、従来のものは以下のとおりです。

• Hinges are fixed with bolts.
  ヒンジをボルトで固定するタイプにした。
  • This change was made to reduce hinge wobble and to facilitate interference checks.
    ヒンジのグラつきを減らして、干渉チェックを容易にするために変更しました
  • 14 M3 x 16mm bolts are required. The length seems to be OK for 12mm, but I have not checked.
    M3 x 16mmのボルトが14本必要です。長さは12mm程度でも問題なさそうですが、確認はしていません。
  • The holes on the outside of the hinge are for through holes and the inside is for self-tapping.
    ヒンジの外側の穴がスルーホールに、内側がセルフタップ用の穴になっています。
• The overall design is rounded.
  全体的に丸みを帯びたデザインにした
  • I had avoided this design in the past because it is easy to make printing mistakes when the floor area is small, but I took the plunge and made it round.
    床面積が小さいと印刷を失敗しやすいのでこれまで避けていたのですが、思い切って丸くしてみました。
  • I used a smooth PEI sheet and printed with PETG and it did not peel off during printing. If you use a textured sheet, it might fail.
    スムースPEIシートを使ってPETGで印刷していますが、印刷中に剥がれる事はありませんでした。テクスチャーがついているタイプだと失敗するかもしれません。
  • I wipe the sheet with water before printing. I do not use stick glue.
    印刷前に水拭きしています。スティックのりは使っていません。

It is smaller than the previous model.
前のモデルよりも小さくなりました。
