Elements to connect 2020 and 2040 profiles. Best printed in PET-G (for the increased layer adhesion).
==> Designed around M3 * 16 pan head screws and M3 nuts for the frontal angles and M3 * 12 screws for the side angles.
Insert M3 nuts into nut holder

Frontal elements:
Triplex nut holder has longer and shorter end. Longer end positions triplex nutholder for frontal ements.
Screws should be applied prior to moving parts into position.
Screw frontal elements with M3 * 16 screws and M3 washers onto profile.
Massive element requires 2 triplex nut holders per t-slot (8 in total).
Side elements:
Screw sideways elements with M3 * 12 Screws and M3 washers onto profile.
Caps
Check whether the holes in your profile are M5 (diameter 4.2 mm) or M6 (diameter 5mm) to check which profile it is. Cut thread into profile and screw elements with hexagon socket screws.
