Universal Mount for any wheelchair Mate Rail. Only 3 pieces of hardware are needed- two M3x8mm and 1 M3x35mm, but a longer or slightly shorter bolt will still work for the 35mm. Secure The pieces together with either the long or short quick-release lever (personal preference). Secure the long screw in the cylinder piece after it is placed inside the lever. Slide it into the mount-half that has holes first, and then screw it into the bottom half until relatively tight. Adjust tightness until it detaches from the rail easily but still holds tight. Use the other two screws to attach any utility or tool you make or download to the mount and then it can be easily added or removed from any wheelchair.

the dimensions for the attachment points are as follows:
The two holes are 11.2mm apart from the circumference, the centers are 14mm apart -each with a diameter of 2.8mm. The place where any attachment meets the mount should have at least a clearance of 13mm above the holes and 14.1mm below. The thickness of the point can be as long as you want based on the screws, but the mount only takes 2.3mm off of the total length of the bolt's shaft, so make sure to give it extra room on the attachment side based on the bolt you're using.
