This cable gland is built in two parts so that it can clamp an ethernet cable with an connector. The hole size is 1". I used this part to pass an ethernet cable from my CNC control box (Centroid Acorn). Standard cable glands were too small for the ethernet connector to pass, so I made one that was in halves.
