This is a Rooster Vane from few parts. You could use some Loctite glue, especially for gluing the rooster and the rooster holder. One of the variant I made is with holes - you could use some filament with glue. The base I made in two variants as well - one is for screws and the other is for a cone ending tower. print either one you need.

The Bottom Cone you can glue, or simply push it to bottom part of the rooster holder. Its a cone for minimum resistance by rotating.

I used PC/ABS (GD Filament), Printer: BambuLab X1 Carbon with 0.4 nozzle; 0.2mm layer height. Some of the parts need support - the compass, the holder cone.

I added a hexogram holder as well as a scond variant of the rooster - it has two 3 mm holes, sp you could use a filament to keep it together with the round holder (some glue helps as well) :)
