a simple and quick to print chopstick trainer or helper for sticks around 6mm diameter.
insert sticks from side with gap.
best to print in PETG for flex and strength, a little support can be used for nice shaped holes, 2 perimeters should lead to a solid ring. i prepared two versions with different thicknes what results in different flex and strength of the part.
scale it up by 33.33% to fit 8mm sticks or 98.5% for 10mm, I suggest using the slim version for scaling otherwise it could become to stiff to do the trick.
