I wanted to route some EVA foam with a tiny bit that only fits in my dremel, but the existing dremel-to-router attachments did not meet my requirements as they have no height adjustment. I already own the dewalt DCW600, so I thought: why not make an adaptor for the dremel that fits in the D262004 ( = the plunge base)?
The adaptor has the same formfactor as the usual dewalt router, so you can use it with all accessories such as dustcollectors. The dremel screws into the adaptor, the locking button can line up with the opening in the adaptor, but the fit will be very thight. Don't tighten any further as it will be hard to release.
It has a hole so you can access the locking button for changing bits and the dremel speed slider is still accessible.
I've added a printing file for prusament PLA. The overhang prints without support.
Fusion 360 files also available if you want to make changes, but it's not a really user friendly file as I've just mixed existing files I could find together.
