Desiccant core for plastic 1kg Sunlu filament rolls intended for use with Bambu Lab AMS. I designed this for the largest surface exposure to the air for best effect. Uses about 27g of PLA, contains about 75g of colour change silica gel. Fill each compartment about ⅔ full. Use a 4G x 9mm self tapper to close off.
Note: I strongly advise sifting your desiccant to get rid of undersized particles - not a good idea to get them in the AMS mechanism! I happen to have a suitable colander in the kitchen, otherwise I would have designed something to do the job.
