This is a quick model I threw together after coming across Samonsite's HSW Deburring Tool Holder model for RostaP's HSW. I am a big fan of the radial symmetry and decreased footprint of his model relative to other options, but my deburr tool (Silver AFA Tooling) is hexagonal and significantly smaller (~12 mm flat-to-flat). This necessitated some minor changes to the overall design, namely the change to a hexagonal “plug” style insert and an enclosed front to ensure plenty of slots for blade storage.
Ensure you have a hollow HSW insert when you print this to avoid the post-print disappointment of not being able to immediately install it.
