The quick adjust part for my music stand broke due to the injected molded plastic being quite brittle after a few years.
I am not sure which model I have, but doing a quick google search for both music sheet holder and music sheet stand gave a lot of results of similar; if not the same model I have (probably all the same OEM)
I used the original nut and bolt that was on the original quick adjustment.
