This is a modular enclosure based around 1mm thick acrylic sheets and 20mm aluminum extrusion.
I made mine to fit a Prusa Mini+ (50cm by 50cm by 50cm), but the dimensions can easily be scaled to fit any printer.
To build this enclosure you will need to print:
- Corner Brackets x8
- Panel Holders (side) 32x
- Panel Holders (corner) 32x
- Door Stop (side) 8x
- Door Stop (corner) 8x
- Hinge (part A) x2
- Hinge (part B) x2
- Handle x1
Additionally You will need the following non-printed parts
- 10mm M5 bolts 106x
- M5 t-nuts 102x
- M5 washer x6
- M5 nut x6
- Wall panels (450mm x450mm) x5
- 2020 Aluminum extrusion (450mm) x12
