My kids have amphibious RC cars. They're really fast on land, but they are really slow on water because the fins built into the wheels don't have much surface area.

I decided to build some snap-on paddlewheels with extra-large fins for using in the pool.  I designed them to extend past the other wheel on the same side so they'd have a larger diameter, so I only put fins on the front wheels (all four wheels drive).  They definitely improve the speed of the car in water.  I could make them bigger, but I don't know if the car has enough torque to handle the extra load.

I printed the wheels in black PETG with a 0.3mm layer height.

They are designed to fit over ~100mm diameter wheels.  The ID of the snap-on wheel is 103, which fits pretty tightly against the rubber ring on the edge of the wheel.  If your wheels are a different size, I would expect scaling the model to work fine for you.  There are also 15 slots to fit over the existing fins on the wheel, so if your wheels have a different number, it would probably be a problem for you.  If so, let me know and I can tweak the design to make it work for any other number.
