If you make this model and like it, please post your make and rate the model, that would make my day!

One of my doors swells after wet weather and becomes impossible to pull shut from outside, so I wanted a simple handle to pull it closed. I wanted something similar to the lock cylinder door pulls that are held in place by the lock cylinder face, but because I was making it out of plastic had to settle for this. I was concerned it wasn't going to be strong enough but it's very strong.

The hole dimensions are:

Screw shaft hole 4.4mm
Screw head hole 8.0mm
Screw head countersink -2.0mm

I've included the .f3d design file if you want to make any changes to it. If you wanted it to look nicer you could increase the countersink and then print some plugs to cover the screw heads. It was just a quick practical print, not meant to be anything special. I just couldn't find anything on here like it at the time I wanted it.

I printed on a Prusa MK3S+ using the following settings:

  • 0.20mm detail with a 0.6mm nozzle
  • 30% gyroid infill
  • 3 perimeters
  • Aligned seams
  • Printed on its side
