Tough trailer support / jack wheel.
Fits Gaupen trailers and likely others.
Print side down. Example printed using PETG filament, with 10 walls and three 2mm thick solid horizontal center layers in the print direction. The print with these settings is approximately 700g.
- The holes stabilizes the wheel sideways (due to the strength being in the walls).
- Designed with smooth curved surface towards the ground to get the wheel as strong as possible.
The print with these settings seems to be very strong.
(The example print has some lines, as one of my printer's belts “broke” and stretched during the print and caused a partial horizontal offset. The model is smooth :-) )
