With the "reboot" of the Mantis XOL 2 Toolhead by Armchair-Engineering it's now modular and quite simple to add mounting brackets for a wide range of probes.
I needed one for the Biqu Microprobe so i threw something together for the Rapido UHF hotend.
When the probe is stowed the nozzle offset is about 2.5mm from the pin.
You need 2xM2.5 heat inserts and then use the screws that came with the probe.
