I call it the FlangeSaber - inspired by Hacksmith's project (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xC6J4T_hUKg) and accepting 3DPrintingWorld's standard blades (https://www.printables.com/de/@3DPrintingWorld) here is my go at lightsabers.

Color changes are manual filament changes (downside - needs attention to not miss one and let the printer idle for too long), depending on your printer a MMU or AMS will certainly help.

Printed in various metal colored PLA (3DJake Ultra Satin Gold and Silver, Spectrum Spicy Copper). The "control unit" is a multi-part assembly, the model is scaled to fit.

Modeled entirely in Shapr3D on an iPad

Update: Flashlight Mod

Included are a modified endcap, the light insert and a new tail cap. For lighting, I've dismantled a rechargeable pen light I found on AliExpress (https://a.aliexpress.com/_EuQNQCT), you need the battery, the charger board,  and the LED plus lens and holder tube ... you will figure out how and where to cut (I used a Dremel and some steady hands ...). To switch the light on when the blade deploys you need a tiny rocker switch, I used these: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EJORMwR

Check you tolerances!
