These were tested with Shush and Alpine MotoSafe earplugs.
They were designed to mimic the tool that comes with the Alpine MotoSafe earplugs, as I've lost that tool.
Warning: Use these at your own risk! If the print quality is subpar or if you use them incorrectly, you could hurt your ears or damage your earplugs.
Print considerations:
- Use filaments that don't tend to break/sheer when damaged.
- 0.5mm nozzle was used to print, but other nozzle sizes might work too
- Ensure your fan settings is high enough for short layer times, but make sure layer to test if layer adhesion is good.
- 100% infill was used (less might work too, but lowers your layer time)
