This model is a handle for composter lid. It will perfectly pair with my other model: Composter Hinges.
The handle is composed with two half shells glued together and 3 center pins ensure perfect alignment of both shells. Two attachment parts are printed separately and will be used to connect the handle with the lid. Finally two cups are used maintain the shells together and prevent separation when screwing the the attachement parts with the handle.

Printing instructions
I recommend printing in PETG with a .4 nozzle and with .2 layer heigh. All parts can be printed with no support. Use the orientation as shown on the pictures below.
I recommend printing the Handle Shells and Attachements with 3 perimeters.
I recommend printing the Center Pins using vase mode feature. This means each pin should be printed individually but printing time will be very fast (around 1min actual printing time with a Prusa Mini for exemple).
Select the attachement of the proper size. The size correspond the thickness of the lid on which you will install.
Assembly
- Insert the 3 pins into the bottom handle shell.
- Apply glue on both shells on the flat surface and assemble.
- Insert the 2 cups on the handle end and wait for the glue to dry as per instructions.
- Screw the attachment parts, with the handle using the ∅4 - 20mm screw.
Make sur the attachement are aligned. - Screw the attachement on the lid edge.
