This is a scale, printable model of the SparkFun Humidity and Temperature Sensor Breakout board for the Si7021, which has an I2C interface and costs around $10.95. The product page for this device can be found here.
I managed to print the model in the above picture featuring matte blue PLA with a 0.4 nozzle. Your mileage may vary.
It is intended for makers building electronics to include in their design process, as it removes the extensive process of measuring this part to fit when designing your wonderful devices.

To date, we have used it to at least make this wireless humidity and temperature sensor and probably other stuff too!
