This Hinge design is based on the wood working technic to bend wood out of a single plate. No assembly is required with these single print in place parts.
It is best to print in PETG, higher strength and flexibility then PLA.
Please let me know if it works as intended, I've not tested it myself, don't have PETG at the moment.
The parts are designed with 1mm thickness, so scaling along the Z-axis is easy to increase the thickness. Thinner parts flex more easily of course.
A parametric Autodesk Inventor part is available as well.
