This is a remix of the "Seatbelt Child Lock" by RobSmo that has a closed loop and the text engraving removed. The closed loop is useful if the metal portion of the buckle is long enough to wedge the lock plate below or if you have a detachable tether, such as a leash, that you can place in the print during a pause.
To place a detachable tether inside the print, I suggest an angled print with a pause just before the top casing begins, as shown in the photo.
