Hinge is meant to be wrapped tightly with a rubber band or small bungee cord.
Handlebar mount is achieved by tying with thin bungee (3mm) or maybe paracord (if you are good with tight knots). You might want to glue a piece of soft rubber (bicycle inner tube) to the spot where the carrier contacts the handlebars to give a good grip and softer ride for the egg.
