The prusacaster, but it's sliced into parts so that it fits a 110mm x 110mm bed.

The prusacaster, but it's sliced to fit a 110mm x 110mm bed. I know it works because i've printed it.

Some pieces need some finagling to fit properly, but they can all be printed.

Although I have not tried it, it *should* also fit on a 100 by 100 bed, which is the smallest size bed out there for a capable printer.

Except for the middle piece, everything can be printed without supports. The middle piece needs supports, but only for overhangs that are directly over the buildplate. Select the “Touching Buildplate” option in cura.

The Bridge mounting holes are the 4-holed variant, most notably used by wilkinson, or basically 90% of unknown/unnamed cheap amazon telecaster bridges. The original mounting holes for the harley benton kit is still there, i just added 4 more holes.

The main part requires a piece of 2020 aluminum extrusion, 280mm long. This acts as the main “anchor” block, as well as reinforcing the whole main assembly. Without it, the string tension will probably snap the main piece at the glue joints.

M5 bolts are used to hold the assembly together.

For my version, the pickguard plate is not 3d printed, but I got someone to cut the plate with a CNC from a sheet of ABS. I have included the sliced pickguard files.

I also added the main STEP files, so you can edit the files directly.
